At Shynora, we take great care in quality-checking, packing, and shipping each order to ensure you receive your jewellery in perfect condition.

🚫 Returns

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns once an order has been placed and dispatched.

🔄 Replacements

Replacements are only offered under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received a wrong item (different style, design, or color).

To initiate a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the issue.
  • Photos of the received product.
  • Your order number and contact details.

Replacements will be processed after proper verification by our support team.

❌ Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display differences.
  • Change of mind after placing the order.
